All ERA Real Estate
Specialists undergo ERA professional training package certified to SS PSB ISO 9001:2000 certification, which provides them with a well-rounded
understanding of the real estate brokerage business in Singapore.
Effective classroom training will be provided
to teach and impart selling skills necessary for the professional conduct of real estate
marketing. ERA Marketing Associates will be taught to make appointments, conduct listing
presentations, overcome objections and concluding a deal.

ERA Express Sales System Training is open to all Singapore citizens and Singapore PR.
Course participants must be at least 21 years of age.

out of 9 Sessions.

FREE Training Incentive
The commitment fee of S$600 will be fully
reimbursed when the ERA associate achieves S$6,800 Net Associate Commission within 9
months from the date of commencement
of ERA Express Sales System Training.
All new ESST graduates must undergo 5 continuing education programs namely Power Mondays, Procedural Trainings, Legal Workshops, Project Marketing Training, IT Training and Products & Services Training and accumulate 5 stampings on the "Passport to Success" handbook per training attended before submission for ESST course fee refund.
The "Application For ESST Course Fee Refund" Form must be duly completed and submitted to HR Dept for approval.
The ERA Associate must be still with ERA on
the day his application for refund is approved. |

What is the Selling Skills Workshop?
Selling Skills Workshop:
The ERA Selling Skills Workshop is an
integrated training programme designed to teach you the product knowledge, and selling
skills necessary to conduct a profitable business as an ERA Real Estate professional.
The programme is designed to train both
experienced and non-experienced people in the marketing and business strategies practised
at ERA. The Workshop consists of the following components:
- Module 1 - Three-day Session - part one of a
core program on ERA products, presentation, marketing, and selling skills.
- Module 2 - a 30-day action plan
- Module 3 - Three-day Session - part two of the
core program on working with
sellers and buyers.
- Module 4 - a 60-day action plan to complete
certification requirements.
Note : Application Form can be collected
from the Administration Counter at Mega Office.
